TRAVEL INSURANCE

Our goal is to offer travellers unrivalled cover wherever you may go.

Annual Cover

Annual Multi Trip Travel Insurance provides you with the freedom to travel as many times as you like during a 12 month period, and is available to people up to 79 years of age.

Our Annual Multi Trip policies offer the greatest flexibility of all our products: you can choose how many days per trip you would like to be covered for either 17, 32, 45 or 90 days.

Cover can be arranged immediately online and there are discounted premiums available for couples, single parent families and families.

F.A.Q.S

All the policies we offer currently are underwritten by Lloyd’s Insurance Company SA. Before 29 March 2019 the policies were underwritten by certain underwriters at Lloyd’s.

Depending on your age and destination, an Annual Policy can be purchased to cover individual trips of either: 17, 32, 45 or 90 days. If you are aged between 66 and 79 the number of days per individual trip may be limited. Unlimited trips can be taken during the policy period up to the maximum number of days per trip that you have purchased. All trips must begin and end in your country of residence.

Cover for wintersports is an option that can be included.

The child rate applies up to the age of 17 at the date of purchase of the insurance.

Any of the adults named on the Schedule can travel separately. But a child named on the policy must travel with at least one of the adults named on the policy.

Cover for cancellation of a trip commences at the time you book the trip during the Period of Insurance or at the start of the Period of Insurance, whichever is the latter. Cover for Cancellation ends when you leave your home or place of work, whichever occurs last, to start your trip.

There will be no cover any claim directly or indirectly caused by or contributed to by any pre-existing condition known about at the inception date of travel. This exclusion shall not apply if such pre-existing condition has been without the necessity of medical Consultation or Treatment for 24 consecutive months, or 60 months in the case of heart-related and cancer-related conditions, prior to the commencement date of the Trip. Controlled blood pressure and non-inherited cholesterol conditions, where there has been no change in routine prescribed medication, for 24 consecutive months prior to the start of Your Trip, are not considered to be pre-existing conditions.

There is no cover for Medical Expenses or Repatriation but cover applies under the other sections if your Trip is away from your home and at least two nights stay in pre-booked accommodation or involves a pre booked flight.
