“Yesterday my car broke down on the motorway – it was overheating. – I was stuck on a concrete section of the motorway and it was fearsomely hot with no shade and I had no water. I called the emergency number and was immediately connected to an English speaking operative. She managed to locate my car on the map via my cell-phone. I received a reassuring SMS to let me know that the truck would be there in 30 minutes. Thirty minutes later it arrived and took me and the car to Almeria. They explained as it was a Sunday they could not bring the car to my home base of Almerimar.
However, they got a taxi for me – paid for by the company. Today they brought the car back to my home. Everything was efficient and friendly. I was very impressed.”
